Here are amazing families of the nation’s newest Marines. I met up with these folks at Liberty Station, formerly known as the Naval Training Center San Diego, which welcomed its first Navy recruits in 1923 and closed after 60 years. Liberty Station is now San Diego's Town Square and perfectly replicates Marine Corps Recruit Depots architecture.

Visit with the Savage Family
Sarah and Justin Savage went to Navy A School with Anthony and I in Great Lakes, IL. We were all in the same class! They got married while in A school and Anthony and I started dating once he left for his C school in late 2016.
The last time I got to see them was actually before Anthony and I started dating at their family wedding ceremony in Texas! I was a brides-made ;).
Sarah has also started her own photography business and will be a traveling photog while living out the bus life dreams! Here is a link to her insta to check out her work.
